You can, but if you do, you will get banned. The only way to get unbanned is by paying the money back.

 

You do realize a full ban comes with this and also, when you refund, jerry and harry have to pay a fine too, but your choice of refunding or not

No idea to refund...

 

When you were purchasing your item you had to agree to the terms and conditions of the purchase, and one of the terms states: "Your payment will go to the running of the ItsJerryAndHarry server and is not refundable."

Refunds here are just like if you went and returned your shoes to the store just because you got bored of them or not in the need of them anymore. Wouldn't work. Also, if they refunded you, which they just might, you will remain permanently banned from all the server content.

You have agreed to terms and conditions and they are not legally obligated to refund you.
It is totally up to them if they will do it or not.
