    Uhm...the server isn't going crazy because of youtubers...it's all because of the rule-breakers. Youtubers are barely on.

    I think he means Youtubers cause everyone to go crazy when they come on. I think that's true considering all the times I've seen it happen. Also, spammers and people who break the rules do that sort of thing to people too.
