SSDs are a gift from heaven

20 seconds bootup time, really worth it in the long term

Why not? i5 are still good for the average user. 8GB or more ram would be better though

Yep i3 sucks for modern applications but if you had the courage you could somehow use it :D

DONT GET 8GB LOL that shit will be obsolete by a few years from now. get 16gb

other than that what he said sounds good

i have an i5 cpu and i can run pretty much anything from adobe cc without any problem. my gpu is a 1050ti however since you dont need it for gaming you should get something slightly lower end tier.

also get an ssd, if you don't you'll regret it

    edit:

heres what i would see for your computer. got yourself a good cpu, decent gpu for optimal use of after effects and photoshop, TONS of storage (trust me, if you edit or even save a decent amount of videos, know that they will take up a LOT of storage. learnt that the hard way)

a good case and a good psu. i dont know if this will fit all of your needs accordingly as I know this is pretty expensive compared to the posts above me but this will last you a good amount of time
