    Description:
    007Storm complains alot when he dies in spleef, calling people "hackers", "cheaters" etc. He insults those that kill him and uses profanity. He is becoming really annoying lately so I would appreciate it if you could warn him or, if possible, tempban him. He is a regular in the server so he might be online now.

    I wouldn't think that's severe enough to ban someone. I would say what zipster said in the 2nd picture could possibly be bannable. And maybe MGKevin2003 too in the 2nd picture too.
