Just dim the static effect, you want to be able to see the picture see the rain.
What you've got now is a static picture with a little bit of background, if that makes sense.

Also you've got some pretty nice music, A fugitive of Mind Bending Chemicals (Fast) is my favorite out of the three.

Check Eevee Eveline out, she's crazy good and started just a few years ago.
