10 years ago today, a legend was born. A legend that would touch the hearts of millions and entertain for years and years to come. A movie that has made countless tears fall, stolen countless hearts, and saved the lives of a countless amount of people. On October 28th 2007, the Bee Movie, Dreamwork's Magnum Opus, was released in theaters. It smashed the box office and 8 years later gained a cult following for all the right reasons. The Bee Movie was ahead of its time, touching on important social issues such as the overworked middle class, body shaming, and discrimination against interspecies romance as early as 2007. It is only recently that we see the genius of the film and all the love that was poured into it. And that's not even mentioning the beautiful writing. Spoiler: The Script Brilliance, true brilliance.
