Favorite Creepypastas/Scary stories

Hey guys, since it's October, the month where Halloween takes place, I felt it would be fun to share some of our favorite scary stories that sends chills down our spines every time we read them. To celebrate this spooky time of year, I will share some of my favorite Creepypastas and scary stories and hopefully you guys do the same. It can be any scary story or Urban legend. So without further ado, let's begin scaring each other!

#1: NES Godzilla

This story is pretty frightening but it also has a pretty interesting plot too, the story is about a guy who received a Godzilla NES game from his friend and he had a big nostalgic connect to to it, however when he plays the game it begins to get stranger and stranger. He sees all kinds of things that aren't normally in the game and throughout his playthrough he is stalked by a red demon monster. Turns out the game holds the spirit of his old friend and that the demon monster was responsible for her death and that both her and the main character fight together to kill it. The thing that makes this story unique from the others is that it has visuals to show what's going on in the story, it's done by someone who makes video game sprites and it looks great.

#2: The Polybius legend

This one is pretty damn scary, it tells the story of an old arcade machine that existed in 1981 around the Portland Oregon area, it was said to have given it's victims an illness like no other, it's effects would be Seizures, Horrific nightmares and Possibly suicide. They say this machine was only around for a month until it mysteriously vanished, No traces of the Arcade game was ever found and some believe that it never even existed. Some say it was made as a top secret government experiment for Mind control and it used humans as the test subjects, but no one has ever found any proof of this games existence. This story sends chills through me Everytime I hear about it, Truly a scary experience.

#3: The Ronald McDonald House

This story is pretty terrifying, but not enough to make me afraid to sleep at night. It's about a kid who is sent to what they call the Ronald McDonald House, but it's not the one he is thinking about, it turns out this place is a hell on Earth, a place where delinquent children are sent to be tortured by people in clown suits, he then figures out a way to escape and return to civilization. My explanation of this story really doesn't do it justice, Id say you should read this story it's extremely shocking.

Petscop is currently my favorite creepypasta(?)/miniseries on Youtube right now. It's one of those overdone haunted videogame type stories, but Petscop is one of the few to do it right.

It's not for everyone as the pacing can be inconsistent and a bit boring, but if you're patient it really does deliver. It's been a few months since the last video and the fanbase has become kinda... sad in waiting for the next one, but I really urge anyone reading this to spend a few hours of your life watching it.

 

I don't know why but I really like Sonic.exe and Dead Bart. I used to be terrified of the both (especially Dead Bart) and now I just find them funny and a good thing to laugh at

 

Well, Uhh, The IT book, not the movie, the book. It scares the literal shit out of me
