IJAH Staff/Former staff-related discord server (Unofficial)

Hey all, Smg here. I am here with a new project that only correlates to current staff members and former, preferably resigned staff members who have left the team on good terms. I apologize to any regular player that may be interested in this but the project is strictly only available to current and past staff members. The reason to this will be explained below.

Being on the staff team gives someone the privilege of getting basic skills of how to work in a team and how to cooperate with others. During all of our time as staff, we have met and gotten to know some pretty awesome people that we can honestly say are some of our best friends. The sad thing to all of this though is that our staffing careers aren't going to last forever, no matter how hard you believe they will. We all will have to leave the team some day.

When a staff members gives their letter of resignation and has their rank removed, they tend to lose all contact with current staff members and vice versa. There's been many times where I've talked to someone a whole lot because of our common job as being a staff member, but whenever they resign, I have had issues/problems keeping up with them due to how easy being staff made it to talk to anyone else on the team.

This is where my project comes in.

It's simple: A discord server. Not just any discord server, it's a place for current staff and former staff to reconnect with each other in ways that we've all wanted to achieve since we've seen one of our closest buddies leave the team. It is completely unofficial and completely optional and is strictly only to former staff members and current staff members.

This thread isn't here to "brag" about being staff or having the privilege to be a staff member in the past. I've created this discord server and this thread to share this idea and try to rekindle some friendships that have been lost when someone hands in their note of resignation.

If you fit the role of joining this discord server and want to give it a shot, then go ahead! All you have to do is P.M myself and I will give you an invite code to the discord alongside any other information that may be required to know.

To wrap this up, the project is not hate-related in any sort of way. It is also, once again, completely unofficial and optional for those who want to join or do not want to.

Final note: If you were demoted and wish to join this discord, create a P.M with me and we'll see if we wish to have you.

yo man i'd totally join if it weren't for the fact that i was completely leaving not only the server but minecraft as a whole

 

MC isn't required to join, but I'm fine if you don't want to either way. It's completely optional and unofficial :)
