How do YOU cheer up?

I do stuff that I enjoy like watching youtube, wrestling, and playing video-games
If I'm excessively sad and it's late at night I'll probably just go to bed

 

Watching stupid youtube video's.

 

I just think about the good things in life and listen to my favorite music and try to take my mind off what was making me upset
Or I can talk about it with people I trust

 

I play some music for sure, music always does a great job cheering me up. Maybe work out, dance, or play on my bass, depends on what I'm feeling really. Sometimes you can get that extra rep in when you're angry or just have a bit more of a flare with your freestyling when you're sad you know what I mean, have just a bit more motivation to keep playing an extra hour or so. In all of those however, music plays a big role.

 

Listen to music/Play music
Force myself to worry about something/something else.

 

I like to take a walk to somewhere random on my college campus and hang out for awhile, usually at a restaurant so I can have food.
