Give Star a New Face!

The sequel to "Give Jerry a New Face" that nobody wanted.
I went in for a cheap facelift the other day from some sleazy guy I met while walking home. He seemed nice, and when he was done he said I looked better than before.

What I didn't know until I got home was that he literally lifted my face off of my body. huh.


It's really hard to see with no eyes as you can imagine. I'm not even sure how I managed to type this without any errors.

So I need you guys to help me out a little here. Draw me a new face or photoshop it on, doesn't really matter to me. You can even make a funky background if you really want to since this is a transparent PNG.

I'm eager to see the monstrosities I get turned into, and if they're good I'll make them my avatar.
