My first ever music festival!

So this fall, I'll be attending this music festival in Southern California called "CalJam", with a few of my friends. I've already been to a ton of concerts in my life, but this will be my first ever festival, and I'm beyond excited. Some of my favorite bands are playing, including the Foo Fighters (saw them back in 2015), Queens of the Stone Age, Cage The Elephant, Royal Blood, Liam Gallagher (lead singer of Oasis) + much more.





There is some history behind this festival though. The first ever CalJam was held back in 1974, and included bands such as Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Eagles, and Earth Wind and Fire. The next one was held 4 years later in 1978, and featured Aerosmith, Ted Nugent, Heart, Santana, Bob Welch, and Foreigner.



Some other bands I've seen play before include the Foo Fighters, Gary Clarke Jr.,
Brain Setzer (twice), Pvris, Awolnation, Fall Out Boy, The Offspring,
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Against Me, Green Day, The Lumineers, and U2. Feel free to comment down below some artists + bands you've seen live before!

 

I couldn't give you a list of bands I've seen, but holy shit that set list is p good. Definitely see Foo Fighters, even if you have already!!

I'm jealous man, honestly jealous. Absolutely love Foo Fighters and Royal Blood.
