"The Creation of the Universe" A Pokemon-inspired story

Hey guys, Today im bringing something a bit new to the table!

Over the last couple months, Ive been playing a lot of Pokemon games, and have been really enjoying them, They seemed like great games to make stories off of with all the different events and lore that happens within them, I decided I wanted to start writing my own Pokemon-themed Headcanon.

Some of you Ive shared quite a bit about what I have in mind and what I have written, But today I wanted to share one of my Stories I wrote based on this Series. I have a LOT planned for this new idea of mine but this is just a small bit of what I have thought of. Anyways without further ado, Enjoy!




Legends of Pokemon



Chapter 1, The Beginning


In the beginning, there was God, the Almighty and Omnipresent creator of the Universe. His power was incomprehensible and Unknowledgeable. He said, “Let there be light” and there was light.

The Universe was born, Galaxies began to form, and the first stars came into existence, It was just as God envisioned what his creation would be, However we wouldn’t be able to do it alone, It was then God created 3 Powerful beings to help aide in the creation of the Universe.


There Was Dialga, the god of time. With Every heartbeat, Time would flow at a steady pace. And there was his brother, Palkia the god of space and dimensions. With every breath he took, Space would rend itself. And lastly there was the 3rd and most ferocious of the trio, Giratina, the god of Antimatter. All 3 of these deities were bestowed with a special power to control their respective power. It was then the 4 beings set forth to creating the Universe.


But something wasn’t right. God noticed what was happening to his beloved creation, things he did not want to see, Black holes began to form, Stars would go Supernova, and the fabric of space and time would warp itself into Oblivion. God was not pleased and demanded what was going on. Dialga and Palkia explained that it was not their doing, only for them to realize who the culprit was, Giratina. He had grown more hostile and violent than before, He demanded that he would be the rightful leader in the creation of the universe. But God did not tolerate Giratina’s foolish actions and put him into his place. It was then the Unthinkable happened.


Giratina snapped and Attacked his brethren, they thrashed and battled to escape free of his grasp, But he was fierce and brutal, God then quelled the fighting between the 3 deities, Furious with the actions of his own creation, God casted Giratina out of the fabric of space and time, and into a separate dimension, where Space and time were warped. And from there he remained, lost in a place that defies all sense of logic. He then vowed that one day, he will have his revenge against his creator and that he will destroy all who stands in his way.


God was saddened by what had taken place, but he nonetheless persevered, He set forth on his next step in creation, God had envisioned a world where life both big and small could thrive in peace, it was then a small rocky planet was formed, one that would later be known as earth. It was beautiful place, the conditions were Just right for the life he wished to see. It was then he created 3 more beings to watch over the life forms of this world. There was Uxie, the Being of Knowledge and the embodiment of Wisdom and Honesty. Mesprit, the being of Emotion and the embodiment of Goodwill and happiness. And lastly there was Azelf, the being of Willpower and the embodiment of Courage and Honor. God then tasked the Trio of deities with spreading their powers to all life forms that roamed this earth, So that his creations could Evolve and prosper over time.


God was delighted to see that his creation has become a reality, and from there he Returned to his own Dimension, where he and his Fellow creations can watch over this world and see all of the Different life evolve and become greater than ever before, and that if they ever do need him, he will be there for them.

Despite the fact that I dislike Pokemon and an atheist, I think this is very nice and detailed writing!

This is really nice writing and must've taken time. Also a very interesting theory too.

I guess I think this because like a lot of other people, I'm a pokemon fan.

This caught me off guard, I wasn't expecting to particularly enjoy it but I'm actually pretty interested in seeing where you go with it.

Also is it alright if I point out some of the mistakes?

 

Sure, I don't mind at all :) and thanks! There is a lot more coming.

 

• Capitals - not sure if it's meant to be like that or not but there a lot of dodgy capital letters + 1 missed capital 'g' for God.
• Unknowledgeable - means "uninformed/uneducated", which to be fair is a pretty funny power xD
• aide - is short for aide-de-camp as opposed to 'aid' which is probably what you meant, although "aide" does give an 'old manuscript' style to it.
• each were bestowed with a special power to control their respective power - not sure this makes sense.
• to creating - to create/in creating
• Space would rend itself - don't think that's a thing but I assume this is referencing Palkia's move - Spacial Rend.
• who stands - who stand
• Commas - a lot of unnecessary commas/commas that should be replaced with full stops and vice versa
• Grammar - couple of minor points that aren't worth mentioning individually

Sry if I sound like I'm tearing it apart a bit.
