That piece of land unclaimed was the claim that was protecting my chests; when it unclaimed someone stole my items. I am the only one in the fac. So I have no idea on how it unclaimed. That is the most detailed description I can do.
Staff can't really do much seeing as theirs no proof of your stuff being there etc, also there is no other way that it can unclaim by itself.
Are you sure you didn't accidentally unclaimed the land you were standing on which made your chests wilderness? It might be possible for that to happen which made your chests unlocked.
