    So on Sunday I'm goin to my first Vipassana retreat for 10 days. It's basically where you don't talk, don't write, don't read, don't watch tv. NOTHING but eat and sleep and go to the bathroom. All day long.
    Any words of advice before I metaphorically look at myself in the mirror for 10 straight days? O:
