Minecraft wtf is this??

i was playing on a vanilla private server and i found out something strange was happening, first, i was hearing weird noises like Lightning when it wasnt raining, a static noise, and i found this strange item in my inventory, dont believe me? take a look at this photo i took with my phone... the item is the box on top of where my cursor is. What is that!? o.o It has a bar for the name too but nothing shows up.

 

I believe that is my eye (I have a derp face) I wondered where that went ty for finding it.

 

It is a lone pixel...


I don't actually have a clue to what that is o_O

 

Its probably just a glitch. Something wrong with your Minecraft. What if you restart it?

 

i hovered my cursor over it, it had the little bar where the name of the item goes, it had nothing in it

 

I did restart it, its was still there..

Report it to Mojang, it's definitely a weird bug or glitch. What were you doing when it happened?

All I know is that the only way to obtain items similar to the one you have in your inventory is to have Too Many Items installed.
Since this mod adds new blocks like spawners that spawn fireworks and other cool stuff.
I don't know what that is. You're going to have to show me it when I get on the server.
It seems interesting.

 

If it's still there, can you show us the bar for the name?

 

its gone now cause i rebooted my computer, but the bar for the icon was the following, if i could remember it.
