Mostly because I don't see why willy and magical need to be in the banner considering it's your channel and not theirs. o_O

Though I think the second one is pretty cool too, I think you should choose the first one, since I personally think it looks more like a YouTube banner than the second one. :)
Also, unless you're making a three-way channel with them (which I think would be cool), I would recommend the second one. :p

1st one if it's solo, 2nd if there are more people involved.

 

I like both.
But since you're going solo i think, you should go with the first banner to avoid confusion.

 

The 1st banner should be used when you are doing a video by yourself.

You should use the 2nd banner if you do a video with Magical and Willy.

I like both of them to be honest and choosing just one of them would be a waste for the one not chosen.
