[UHC] Minecart chests

Detailed description of bug: Sorry I couldn't get video or screenshots but it's pretty simple so it shouldn't need it. Anyway, once you die in UHC and you're in spectate mode you're able to open minecart chests, such as the ones found in abandoned mine shafts. Although this might seem like a very small detail what can be done is that a player can then take said items and give them to a player who makes a minecart chest and rails to place it on.

Person dies > Person flies around until they find a cave with an abandoned mine shaft > Flies through mine shaft looting every minecart chest (which, remember, can have coal, iron, diamonds, etc.) > Talks on TS with player or in msg, tells them to make minecart chest and rails > player places minecart on rails > Spectator gives player loot
