Tug of War interruption?

Idk if this game will actually be any good, it was just an idea.
Basically, it's a combination of Boys VS Girls Tug of War and Staff Interruption. The way it works is, when a male responds to the thread, the count goes up by 1. When a female responds to the thread, the count decreases by 1. However, when a staff member responds to the thread, the count resets to 0.
Girls are trying to get the lowest number possible, and boys are trying to get the highest number possible.
Example:
Boy: 1
Another boy: 2
Girl: 1
Third boy: 2
Staff member: lolnope. 0
