    Rogue should be said like "ROOHG". That's a rebel. I think.
    Rouge (yes there is a difference) is ""ROOJ". That's French for red.

    Doge is not pronounced like 'rogue.'

    Doge is pronounced DOHJ, since that is how it was originally said in the Homestar Runner short.
    It's also how they pronounce the title of the Doge of Venice.
