Note: this is NOT a drama thread. Ok, so recently I've been on staff apps, reading them. What I noticed is that the 1st persons message is useful. Spoiler: 1st replies message. nice app you have there. Here's some tips. Add more info Blah blah Blah blah Blah Blah Asides from that good luck! That, is fine. In my opinion. Next persons message Spoiler: 2nd reply (maybe add something useful) Nice app! Decrease colour lighting. Blah blah. This is what I'm getting annoyed about. Spoiler: 3rd reply Add more info Decrease colour lightning (Something that has been stated) Etc etc I just think it's purely useless.
It is really annoying, I try to post actual info that hasn't been stated before. If I agree with something that has been said, I dont re say it, you can just like the post
I find a lot of people posting the same information on staff applications over, and over. Either it is for popularity, likes, or just to have a good amount of messages on there profile. Personally, I rarely ever, ever post on staff applications. But yet again I question myself cause many people who post on staff applications, actually have good advice and awesome support! Agree 60% Disagree 40% But it is there own opinion on what they do, and I respect that. No hate plz :)
This isn't a suggestion, this is just ST3Pman pointing something out xD But yeah, it's not TOO annoying to me, but it might be to the applier.
Although I don't like it when people say the same thing over again on someone's application, you can't really stop it. It is their opinion basically. Sure it may be repetitive at times, but would you expect a really different answer than those replies on a staff application? Some people like to help and improve someone's application, even when something has been pointed out more than once. Sometimes the first post does not contain every single thing that has been pointed out in someone's application for correction. The next post could have something different pointed out like if the first person only points out grammar and the next person only points out bolding the question. What if the person who made the staff application doesn't believe correct constructive criticism the first time when someone points out something? Would he/she then believe the 2nd, or 3rd, or 4th time it is pointed out? Repetitive constructive criticism, although looks to me is frowned upon in a way, can be useful in some ways (not trying to encourage), especially when trying to carry out a message to the person who made the staff application.
Well, if I had a staff application and people kept repeating it over and over again. I would get annoyed and not get very helpful information to improve my app.
Well, it's actually not that bad. Actually, it might be somewhat good. It's a good indication it's not just 1 players personal opinion, but all in all lots of people agree you need more information or less this or anything else somebody gives advice on of an application.
I agree because when I applied for admin I got this from alot of people: Nice app ,Very Original, Good Luck, You cant apply for admin. I think they should say something DIFFERENT for a change Because it sound like they are bots not real people replying to you behind a screen
