Super Important Thread

This is not a click bait title at all! This needs to be addressed because from what I know the server could be shut down. Back in August of 2014 Minecraft introduced some changes to the EULA, making it so servers couldn't implement over powered perks for sale and so minecraft servers wouldn't be pay2win. J&H followed the new EULA, along with other servers, for a few months and realized nothing is going to happen so they reverted back to the old style to make things better. I, aswell as most of the community enjoyed these changes because the EULA was extremely annoying. However, its back, and this time Mojang is taking action on servers who wont comply to follow its guidelines. Many large servers are getting blacklisted and my fear is that sometime in the near future J&H will too if they don't change something. Here is a video about the issue. (Yes I know its drama alert but still from what I can tell it is true)
