Start Stop Continue: Winter2016

So every now and then I like to do this thing called start stop continue. Its a way for me to see how I stand within the community, and what I can improve on.
Here is how a post should be made:
Start: Something that Im not doing that I should be doing.
Stop: Whats something that im doing that annoys you.
Continue: What do I do that you like.

Here is what Im looking for

• Truthful responses
• Honest responses
• Trends in responses (what points are being consistently made.

A good example of something helpfull for me is one that @Radii made last time .
What I am not looking for:

• Responses that are not constructive/hostile in nature. Criticism is more then welcome, but be nice about it please :)
• Half assed responses.
• Anything that has to do with grammar.
• Quoting anyone for any reason.

Please be honest.
