    I didn't know you could close a phone in 2016? I suppose you could "close" a phone cover... :p

    The light from your phone screen/computer screen can have a great impact on sleep. It can keep you up for longer than without a phone in front of your eyes. Put music on (with sleep timer to maintain and prevent battery wastage) and shut your eyes.
    If your smartphone has eye protection, I would recommend enabling it as it gives off a warmer colour than the blue light it emits usually. It may look so weird and disgusting at first, but after a week with it on, switching back to the original blue light will make that once "normal" screen look weird.

    Just came back from camping, I'm here to announce why I had sleep trouble!

    My sleep schedule got insane- I slept at 8:30 pm and woke up really late feeling sleepy...
    Turns out I was sick and ended up throwing up this morning, when we left.

    So my sleep problems are solved.
