Skyblock Bug

In SkyBlock whenever I use an anvil to name or enchant it doesn't work. I put my items in then when I take it out after putting them together it takes away my levels but I don't get the name/item that I want. so say if I hat a sword with sharp 4 and one with looting 3 and I wanted to put them together, when I take the item out my levels are gone and I still have the looting sword and sharpness sword. same with naming. I name an item then it just goes back to its normal name Diamond Sword.
This issue is on SkyBlock.
Please fix this.

 

This happens with survival too, but if you log out and come back in you'll get your levels back.

 

On J&H you can only use anvils in 1.7 due to the 1.8 changes. Just change your minecraft version to 1.7.10 and do what you have to do. (I would recomend leaving it on 1.7.10 so its not as buggy on J&H)

 

I was playing with my friend and he uses 1.7.10 Optifine and the glitch still occurs for him.
