Server lag.

Ok well in factions or in al other minigames there has been lag issues for example :PvP lag,potion brewing lag.tping lag enderpearling lag.eating lag,drinking potion lag.And this is really getting annoying.
I don't know if its because of the new host,or if we just have to give it a while for it to settle down but does anyone have an explanation on why the server is lagging?

Like @MappyTurtle said, the new server host needs some time to settle in, so their might be some lag for a few days.

 

Computer hardware doesn't work like that. They don't need to "settle in". This is just a standard network issue, but until we get more views on this, we won't know if it's client ot server sided.

 

Isn't that what everyone said about the last host? xD
I haven't been on the server that much recently, but I haven't experienced any lag.

 

It may not be able to handle the amount of players. The servers ticks must be off because to brew 1 potion it takes roughly 5 minuites.

 

Well im not getting lag no more neither are my friends so /c
