Your username: tence3000 In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Forums Detailed description of bug: Ok well this issue has been a small inconvenience for myself and from what I can see some others as well. You can't seem to scroll on the forums. I presume this is a bug within Xenforo but I thought I might as well report it just in case. @Serayne I believe found this first so thanks to him.
Try using another internet browser other than the one you're using. I am using Google Chrome right now and it works fine for me. Try: Firefox, Safari (mac), Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or any other programs to use that access the internet.
I have tried multiple browsers but I don't think that's the problem. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. And it isn't just me because a few other people have had this problem and I presume we don't all use the same browser.
I see. I don't think it's a XenForo problem like everyone has been saying recently. Just try using one of the browsers I listed, or try a different mouse (for testing purposes).
It's not a xenforo problem, they've had no changes from the old or newer one stating a bug like this. It might help if you follow the advice @Expedect given you. Me being quite known to xenforo they've never stated a bug like this within the add-on section of shoutbox. They have never but try otherwise changing styles and go back the normal one see if that changes it if does happen. That's all I'm able to support you with.
Oh yeah, I forgot to say something. I don't know if this will help, 100%, but try using a different access website. (For example) You most likely use google.com to go to the IJAH website. Try going to Yahoo.com or Bing.com and search up IJAH there, and try accessing it through there. This most likely won't work but it's worth a shot.
I've been using google chrome for the past few years and I've only started to have this problem now. Members like @tence3000 and @Draggon are also only now having these issues so it's most likely not a local problem.
This is true. These problems seem to be something new and I don't believe we all live in the same area so as Serayne said it shouldn't be a local problem. As it is only within the past couple of months I have seen this problem appear I thought it must be something to do with Xenforo.
You're the not the only who experienced this bug. It once happened to me when I was browsing on the forums when on my phone. Closed my broswer page, started a new one, logged back in and I was able to fully scroll again without any problem. I never reported this, because it only occured to me one time, so I assume it happens rarely. You should be fine by switching/restarting broswers and log back in, at least that's what I believe.
After I have done some research, I can come to some conclusions, which some of you have already pointed out. This is not a XenForo problem. This is not a local problem. This is not a personal software problem. This happens to many people over XenForo, but it's not a XenForo problem (read below). This leads me to believe (and after some research): This could be a design problem. There could be an issue that doesn't allow your computer to scroll down on this website (possibly because it uses cookies). It doesn't affect everyone, but rather people that don't enable cookies. IF, you have already enabled cookies, and it still doesn't work normally, then it's most likely a software problem. IF, you know that it can't be a software problem, then it's most likely a browser problem.
