ScoutingLegion Falls

Well, the title kinda says it all. The faction ScoutingLegion is close to dying. PandaCaity (the ex-owner) has gone back to Bambi. So has 2 other people. I don't have a big chance of getting back into Bambi. Caity gave the faction to me, and I can't control a faction without good people that won't disobey. So, thanks to anyone who joined the faction, but it won't last much longer.
