Resignation

I never thought the day would come that I would be writing this. I planned on resigning today since the beginning of summer, which gave me lots of time to reconsider. However, I clearly continued with my original intentions.

It’s been a long long journey here on the J/H server. I’ve had so many ups and downs, and many of them were pretty harsh like my demotion. Oh, about that. Today is the one year anniversary of my demotion, which is the reason I picked this day to resign. It really sums up my journey here: I never let anything stop me. Despite the demotion, I rose to a mod+.

There is so much that I could say but a thread’s length couldn’t cover it all.


I have also lost interest in doing staff work and being on the server in general. Many opportunities IRL have called me, and I intend to pick up the phone and cash in.


I’ve worked with some brilliant people. In addition to people I worked with, I had some amazing friends here. All these people that have been there for me on my journey know who they are, so I’m not going to tag them. :)




I may pop on sometimes, but for the mot part, it has come to a close.


This place has impacted me in many good ways, and I’ll miss you all. :)


I am satisfied with my work here. :)

Even tho you weren't one of my "favourite" staff members, I highly appreciate your job Yfi. I hope everything goes the way you want them. Thanks for being with us that long.

Usually I don't post on resignation threads (since there are a lot of them), but I just wanted to say that it's a shame... You were one of the few staffs that I actually liked.
C'est la vie. I can't blame you. Real life is, at the end of the day, more important than a forum. It takes precedence.
In which case, enjoy your real life, I suppose.

You were one of the best staff members the server ever had. The server was lucky to have you.
I know we have always seen eye to eye on everything, but you're still a great staff member and an Evan (lol) better friend.
I'll miss you and I wish you luck in college and whatever you do in life.

Man, it sucks to see you go. I remember getting in these huge discussions about the NBA and stuff, good good times. But hey, at least youre not leaving, thats always good.
