Refund=Perm Ban?!

Someone please explain this:

If you refund a purchase you get PERM ban?! Is this to get the server more money or what?!

Also if you refund do you still get your money back along with the ban?!

Yes you get your money back, but im not sure why they perma ban you, I think setting you back to default would be good

 

They Perm ban you because it is technically stealing. Pay the money you refunded back to be pardoned

 

haven't seen this question in a very, very long time.
charge back is bad for the server. the reason they perm ban you is this:
when you request a refund, you get it, and the owners get a fee for it. they don't want to hunt you down since it's not worth their time. so what they do is ban you until you pay it back.
it's good if you have had enough of the server yet it's not good to do in the first place.
think hard before you charge back.

 

I don't see how its stealing when you payed the money to buy the rank, so if ur herobrine and you take back 15$ then then bring you back a rank. Its not stealing unless you take the money and keep the rank, So if you take your money back they de-rank you.

 

Well if you think about it, your payment is a donation. Donations are a voluntary payment, and you don't just refund them. On PayPal, if you refund, Jerry and Harry are charged a fee. You get back the money paid for the rank, but you also make IJAH pay an unnecesary fee, so while you are getting your money back, you are making them pay for you to get your money back.

 

Also you "donated" If you donate then you give it to them. Lets say you donate to charity. Do you all of a sudden take the money back? No! So if you donate to charity and you want your money back, they won't give you the money back so you have to steal. Same for the server. Think of the server as the charity. So yea, it's pretty much stealing ._.

 

yet with that, it is tech. allowed.
via paypals rights (if i'm correct) you are allowed to re-fund an item (in this case a donation) if you are dissatisfied with your prouduct/item. so even though yes this is charity, it's tech. allowed even though it seems like stealing.

 

Basically, like Boozington said, you get banned because IJAH are get a chargeback fee. Though a permanent ban may seem harsh, it's totally appropriate for the situation, considering they're paying for nothing.

This is different. ALL of the money for donations goes directly of the server. So if somebody refunds, they are unable to get the money back. SO, the money gets taken away from J/H, therefore causing them to lose money. Refunding on a server is theft.

 

Adding to what DWG said, think about this,
When you refund your money, J&H actually need to pay a fee, which I believe is 16 euros, for your refund, so they lose the money you gave them, and then some, so it is like theft.
The most relevant analogy I can think of is a car.
Let's say you buy a car from a dealer, but then two years later the dealer demands you return it.
However, the car value depreciates over time, do its current value is less then the original, so you end up getting less money.
Now, of course the value of a rank doesn't depreciate, but it's all I could think of to show how they lose money from you refunding,

just saying i think we get the point in this. the question has been answered.

 

You donate to get perks along with a rank, when you chargeback or refund, you are basically fooling the server, or even stealing, because you payed for the service, you got the service, and you got the money back.
Thats the reason why you get banned. but you will have ur money back if u do this.
