Aight, I had a thread up recently about a joke-resignation on my end. It was removed from public view (deleted) basically for the fact that it could cause some altercations/whatnot. No sarcasm, I completely understand why it was..deleted/removed/etc. For real, there was a message in that thread which I want you all to know about. Not about joke resignations and rick-rolling people... I know a ton of you are happy for me/etc about finally..achieving my goal. I just want you all to know that..I can't do this forever. None of the staff members can't...we're all going to leave at one point. There's a quote I like which is from one of my favorite games, "Minecraft Story Mode". "Nothing built lasts forever" Be prepared, there's going to be that one day where I have to go...where I can't do it anymore..may it be becase of school, work, stress, depression, anxiety..there's going to be a day where I am either demoted...or leave the staff team. Don't deny it, it's going to happen eventually...and if all goes right, not anytime soon. Getting staff was a dream come true to me...it was...but it can't last forever. It's going to be probably one of the hardest things I'll ever do once it comes... All I'm trying to say...no matter how much I love being staff..how much I've dreamed about it...it won't last forever. Not trying to bring anyone down, I just don't want people "hating" on me or making me feel bad for a decision that will probably be one of the hardest things I'll ever do. I'm acting like I won't get demoted because..seriously..you have to do something really bad to get demoted...and I think I'll be fine. You never know what could happen next. Already thinking about quitting? xD Jokes aside, resigning is pretty hard for most people, especially when that big wave of people who tell you the most amazing things comes by. I recommend you to resign only when you're really sure about it: Don't resign because of school when the year hasn't started yet, don't resign when you're depressed, stressed or sad, don't resign when you're sleepy or anything like that. Give it some time, talk to other staff members and make a wise decision. Get mod first lol
