Re-Spawn Glitch

My IGN is MasterMindBoy and I have been glitched into the re-spawn menu. I was playing the mini game One in the Chamber and I had to leave the game for an emergency. When I was doing that someone killed me, but I continued to leave. When I came back, I noticed that I have been glitched into the re-spawn menu and I cannot get out. i have tried to restart my whole game, but it did not work. Can someone please help me with this? Can someone help me reboot my player without deleting it's progress and scores?
