Question On Scam?

I was on skyblock1 and I deleted a person named Fubbzzz69 and he wanted 5k back so I did. He then asked me for 5 stacks of cobble(which I truly believe he didn't have at all and just wants it). I was mining the cobble and he started getting very ignorant because I was mining it. He then was threatening me by saying if I do not give her the cobble I would get reported. So while I was crashing because of the lag he was counting from 10 and saying he was going to report. She then wanted to see if I was really mining and sethome. I did end up buying the cobble instead of buying and she just left. Question: Should I be banned for scamming?

 

I wouldn't think so.

 

no i don't think so, if she/he left before you gave her/him the cobble then i don't think you would be banned

 

Fun Fact: A similar thing happened to me. During a mc party, this guy dropped a diamond, he asked me to get it back and I dropped it back. The thing is I lagged out and when I came back, I was back. I did get unbanned though, bevause It was an accident and not meant by me to leave, I gave the diamond back and everything was settled back. Just do the same and if you get banned, explain it to a mod. You should be fine as long as you give the cobblestone

Found him banned for hacking on another server, and with this behavior, he should get banned.
