please help me

    I found a text document that I didn't create in my Documents folder called ReportMe1. I opened it and it said this:

    If this monitoring application was installed on your computer without permission or your knowledge please email support@hawkcontrol.com IMMEDIATELY with subject 'Abuse' & i2Wd/83Maz+PM2Esi23ueQ==. To remove the application type in %temp% in your file explorer, right-click, create new text document & name it Remove.txt. We take abuse reports VERY seriously & will immediately ban the user aswell as provide you with their email, IP address & another info on record if you would like to report it to law enforcement.

    I am really scared, please help me. I don't know what this is.

    Sounds like a worm that got into your computer via an application. I'd email that support email man. Good luck

    I used to use join.me for screensharing with friends, could that be it since it has mouse control options?

    Nevermind, they're a keylogger service. I sent an email. I hope it gets removed.

    it's not fixed, i think my computer is dead. gonna have to reset it
