Permission issues in creative?

Detailed desc. of bug: Whenever i try to copy an item out of an item frame, it gives me this

It happens with all item frames, even on my own plot. It also happens with my friends.

EDIT: It happens with water and lava too, supposedly you are unable to even take them out of your inventory, even in 1.8.

 

When you say copy an item, you mean you're trying to middle click them right?

This seems to work for me, I've tried it with 30% of the items, 2 being the 2 that you've said, redstone torch and Red Stained Pane, and it works fine.
Yes I did this on Creative 1.

If I find anything out, I'll post an Edit.

EDIT: Bug is a Client Issue, the player was using 1.10.2 and it didn't work. As soon as the player changed the client version (to 1.8.9) it worked.

 

I'll test this out and get back to you, as using the normal middle button, it let me and him copy it as soon as he changed to 1.8.9. He was using 1.10.2 before.

 

Just regular middle click, it seems to have started happening after creative crashed yesterday? I'm not sure if it happened before that

OOh that would explain why it works in 1.8, there it doesn't give you the item with a name. I guess that added that in 1.10?
Anyways i guess this answers this bug, since the water and lava thing doesnt exist anymore
