    Detailed Description of Bug: I was breaking sand and then I put a torch underneath it and the sand would not break and fall. (Have a screenshot)

    Sand only breaks when its falling, you probably broke and placec it too fast. If it happens, just break the sand on top of the torch, and the rest should fall.

    It is not a bug, It's simply Minecraft coding.
    In order to break the sand, you must place the torch while it's falling
    You must have placed the torch before the sand could fall.
