wow can i just say i haven't made a thread in a while Anyways, I am starting a new school in a few weeks and I'm extremely nervous. The thing about this school is it's a cyber-charter blended school, which isn't a common concept. Basically what it means is I'll be attending school on a campus, as well as doing cyber school. The district has several programs, and I'll be doing 2 of them (so 2 different schools). One is a performing & fine art school and the other is a gifted education, which are both in a building, as long as doing additional cyber school work. Basically how my schedule will work is Mon: Art school & cyber school work Tues/Thurs/Every Other Friday: Gifted Academic school Basically any day not in school, I do Cyber School work So what I need help with is if you guys have any advice with being organized and time management, how to make friends (it's a new school, and i only know a few people), and just any tips when entering a new school in general. There is one girl who went to the school I attended this year, but we aren't friends and there is a lot of unnecessary drama/tension between us I try to avoid, who is going to the new one as well. This year I just kinda want to have a drama free year, do good academically, and be happy. Also, this thread kind of explains if I won't be as active on the forums / server during the school year, as I will be adjusting to the new schedule C: edit; why yall likin this thread i need some legit advice bc im hella nervous
Making friends in a new school isn't as complicated as it seems; you just gotta be proactive. Talk to people, don't wait for them to talk to you, and you'll find people that you like pretty quickly!
Well for my advice of making friends in school is by knowing them better and help them. Don't just stand around waiting people to go to you, you go to them. (Don't hang around with bad ppl) Ppl thinks I'm funny at school but I'm not. Just stay brave and good luck! P.s when I was year 8 I got kicked out for 3weeks for a toy gun prank at the headteacher. DO NOT get in trouble
