My hectic pet snake

Yeh I got a snake in February this year, just wanted to show everyone her. I actually don't know her gender because she's to young to find out, so yeah I'm assuming her gender. Please get triggered at me, I'm always keen on beef.

Yeah, so I named her Nagini, yes I did name her after Lord Voldemort's snake. I've always wanted a snake named after her so yeh the bois. No she's not a horcrux either. (only harry potter fans know what the fuck that is, to you guys, youse get a high five, love me boy harry potter). However she's not the same breed as Nagini off Harry Potter.

However, to you snake lovers out there and wondering all about her, this is to you.

She is a Spotted Python which is a native Australian python found in northern Australia. If it's a female (fucking better be) she can reach up to 1.5 meters in length. No I'm not converting that into feet, youse do that. Yeah if shes a male she'll only get to 1 meter but fuck it, shes a snake. She's also got a morph (it's like their skin, so for example Albino is a morph) so her morph is Blonde. She'll turn more like whitish yellow as she gets older. She lives about 20 years, and she's almost a year and a half old, no where near full size yet.

"oi alex got some photo's or what?" yeah i got ya. If you don't like to see dead mice get totally fucked up, then don't look. Nagini is a bit of a loose cunt.



So yeah, that's like when I was first feeding her. She was on pinkies (pink baby mice) i have upgraded them since this photo.

You can see she's slightly bigger here. Also bigger mice. Her skin is a bit lighter seeming she's shed twice now since those other photos. Thought i'll get all the 'yukky' photo's out the way first.

What do you find appealing about snakes? I love animals, but snakes and gecko's or whatever will never be on that list.
And I've taken care of a Gecko for a month or so for school, so not speaking without any experience.

 

Snakes are just fucking sick in general man. Everything about them are awesome. To own such a 'feared' creature just adds to the love i have for snakes. I wouldn't want to own a gecko, i think they're cool little animals and fascinating to look at, but they don't seem so 'interactive'. But yeah if someone gave me a free gecko with free cage, i would take it. :----)

ikr, her eyes get really thin when outside. When its night time or dark in my room, her eyes get massive, its sick.

 

Hm I guess I just don't see what you see in them, I agree on the feared animal part though.
It feels good to see people fear the animal you've got haha

 

I would like to get a new snake early next year. They should be alright, however they will be kept in different cages, and be taken out at different times.

Never really liked any animal without fur lol.
I just don't find them interesting and never felt any type of interest towards them. With dogs for example I always liked watching and learning things from and about the dog, snakes just don't go on my list of animals in interested in.
