Is trevor hacker?

So, i played OITC for 2 days now and noticed, that both times i played with trevor*somenumber* people said he was hacker. Anyone with bigger experience, can you confirm that? Because i think it's really hard to get 3rd in Leaderboards without anyone having enough proof. If he was hacking, i thiink he would have been banned by now

 

i think this thread is unnessasary i never cought trevor9200 on hacking but i saw many times random swings but atm i should say no he doesnt hack ;) but im not sure XD (those random swings were in my 1v1 were the server crashed*
