I need help PLEAASE

PLEASE READ- I NEED HELP!
Okay Im gonna just say it right now. I have not play Minecraft since Christmas time. Yeah. Why? It all started when I got my new Beats. After listining to some music n stuff I started to use it on my computer when I was talking to friends on skype and stuff. I unplug the headphones from the computer BAMB! The sound goes away on the computer. Ever since then I have not played minecraft because I usually play with people on skype and I just need to hear sounds and shit. Anyway I NEED help with this, its urgent. Oh btw I have a Mac (dont judge). I have tried to shut it down all the way but still, no sound. Please I need help.

I just read it. Thank you so much for finding it but this is like saying it may have something to do with the settings. I know for sure its because of the headphones for some reason. Thank you so much anyway!
