So me and this girl have been really good friends for years... The last couple of months I started having a crush on her, I asked her out on Monday (Face to face, cause that's how you ask a girl out of course) and she said yes!

How is that necessary? It's great if you are doing well in your life, but boosting about it in such condescending tone makes you look like a 37 year old no-life redditor who got a kiss from a lady for the 1st time in his life, and now he thinks he is smoother than Smooth McFly. Frankly, with that way of talking to others, you are just asking for a hate to be thrown at you. The way you talk seems like she is your 1st, so really, there was no need to tell others that they are jealous and never been in a relationship.
