I can't believe I found this in my drawer...

So I was looking through my room for my favorite pen of all time, and while I was looking for it, I saw a folded up red paper. It said: "2015 December ONLY". I opened it, and it was a message from last year. It said what I was supposed to accomplish, and this is what it said:

Be Favored Over Plenty (Sort Of Complete)

This is all it said, but there was a message;
