Everyone leaving?

Now bear with me here. I have 3 questions.
1. Why are so many people leaving the server at once?
2. If you are leaving the server, why do you have to make a thread about it?
3. If you are just leaving for like-a month, why are you making a thread about it?
I'm not trying to be a jerk, this is an honest question that I would like someone to answer. Too many people are like "I'm leaving for a few days, lol k bye" I get people like Clemens, Pastel and Flare because they gave detailed reasons. If you are quitting a job you don't just show up one day and announce to everyone "GUYS I AM QUITTING" and walk out. It makes no sense...

 

1) Either because personal problems or they are just getting bored.
2) Because they want everyone to know about them leaving. I guess they don't want anyone questioing on where they went.
3) So people know about there in-activeness.

We can't do anything about people leaving. It's there choice.

 

Cole, I've seen this community at it's best and at it's worst. People leave all the time, and others join. Back with the first server revamp, about 50 people left, but 100 joined. Now, with the last of, how do I say, elders(People like Yomc, Spicy, Athens and I, whom Have been here since the near beginning), I think that our biggest fear is that our mature community is replaced with a remake of sky's fanbase. Just look at his community. Yes there are mature people who comment, but they had to flee to youtube comments. The same thing will happen here too, and the process is already starting. The server is filled with them, and we are getting more and more on TS and the forums. We are getting more spammers, and J&H fanboys around here. I promise you that if I leave forever, those fanboys will be the cause.

you're making it seem that we really want to leave. we didn't want to, till some people came in. what i got from your post was that 'we left because we couldnt handle the damn crap that is happening and dont care about the server.'

Your crediting makes me just.. i got nothing to say. except for ofc, I can name two players who deserve it more, other than yomc.

one is spaghetti, ... lets not go into it.

the other one is rockor, who definitely doesn't kill a person because they've violated a rule, but corrects them instead.

Anyways,

US LEAVING, IS BECAUSE WE'RE FED UP WITH WHATS GOING ON AT THE MOMENT, AND WE WANT TO TAKE A BREAK FROM IT. WE STILL CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY, ITS NOT LIKE WE DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT WHATEVER IS HAPPENING ON THE SERVER. with no offense.

which is why im not particularly happy when I saw that post, because you're saying, that the people who left, ARE USELESS FKS THAT SHOULD LEAVE AT THEIR OWN WILL, with the '50 leaving 100 joining metaphor'

whats worse for me is that everyone 'liked' my leaving thread. does that everyone likes me leaving? ahahhahahhahahhahahahhahhahaahahhhhahahaa.

it's not a remake of sky's fanbase, it is. the team sky's fanbase is getting overused already because they're known as the damn team crafted. aka the dumbfks who kicked seto out because he didn't want to get involved with business.

lets bring this to reality.

J&H's videos, were not really aimed at mature people. It even says in their channel description! Making immature fart videos! @@ i dont know why you're suprised about it, because that is exactly how sky got popular, and if it's the reason J&H has became like that? i'm not amused!

so now you're whining about J&H using immature videos to attract immature people. ......

I'm not blaming J&H on anything, because it's their choice of doing so, and it's their type of 'comedy' that makes us laugh once in a while.

Never found that out till a while ago, not before the immaturity came in.

which might be the basic reason why J&H doesn't go so strict on reports, are very careful when banning people, need proof blablabla, because it ruins their reputation of being funny.

What's 'we can't do anything about people leaving'? it's exactly how you people ignore spam, and think that it's regular behaviour, making some of us leave. need example?

Reading that post over and OVER again makes me find that downright insulting, since it's like you've got nothing to do with business.

we're hiding it because you guys would probably vomit at us. I'm prepared for it.

stop thinking that you guys can't do anything! simply stop randomly replying to report threads doing 'moderator duties', or going on staff applications and start saying that someone's application is bad when yours might be even more crappier, we would stay.

I myself don't want to be part of this immature business. It'll make me seem like I'm a joke to have moderated this server.

I posted a really long resonse, but I guess it didn't send. The point of it was I love the server for what I see it as. A fun place to play games with friends. I have never gotten too involved ( as I have also been on the server from the beginning but on a different account and I did not "join" the community) thanks to all of you, especially Flare, for explaining. I agree with the maturity aspect Flare said, but I'm still not too involved in he community for it to matter to me as much as it would obviously be to a former (only one who answered all of my questions (; ) mod. I sure hope everything will end up okay for everyone and we can all just have fun and play fun mini games again. Love you all!
