I do not understand, what do you need help with? Please provide description with the attachment you have provided. Please correct me if I am wrong,but I am almost certaint that the "Help" section is only for problems which have to do with the server. Sorry if I have bad spelling I wrote this on my phone.
Technically, this is only supposed to be about the IJAH server, but download this program and run it. http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER It is called ccleaner, it will do the job! But make sure to restart your computer after.
CCleaner can't do anything... CCleaner will clean up a lot, but if you really want more space you'd better delete some big programs you don't use anymore. But I don't think you have to do any of this. As you can see, this disc is not your main disc. It only has 8 GB and that's nothing compared to your main (C) disc, which has about 900 GB. Don't worry, you have plenty of space left.
