So I've been considering getting CSGO (yeah, late I know). All my Steam games lag a lot though, so I'm really on the fence right now. I'm not sure if it's going to lag like crazy. Should I get it?
Yeah I mean you dont really have a GPU and your CPU isn't the best. I am guessing your on a macbook or something. I mean you probably can run it on low /medium, but i'd wait to see what others saym as im no expert @Jerome
his pc should be able to run it quite smoothly. i'm able to run it 40-60 fps on my laptop that has worse specs than that but probably not at full settings
Although CSGO, as a game that runs on Source Engine, doesn't need an amazing computer to run, I've had a bad time running it before I bought a graphics card and used the Intel Graphics software. You should be able to run the game but it might be a problem if you want to play competitive.
I'm not saying you can't run it, but CSGO is a game most players would not want to be bothered by frame rate lower than 60. comp players Jerome pls
yes I am aight, thanks for the advice, I'll think about it. Spoiler MC/LoL etc. they don't lag a lot for me, but when it comes to Steam Games (e.g. TF2, Stranded Deep) they lag a lot sometimes, and run very slowly. I'm not a computer genius so I don't really know about these things
Don't worry, once you play it a lot more, the lag will start to go down, also don't leave minecraft on that should slow down your computer/game. If you're on google chrome or internet explorer, check if you have a lot of tabs on, it might lag too. Also if you go to options on the game, just also try and lower the graphics down :P Or you can do what's best for you.
