Fuck. We all do it. Unless some of you enjoy waiting a whole month to find our presents. What have you found and where. My parents suck at hiding stuff. It's all in their closet. I'm getting PS4 with 3 controllers mega absol ex box (pokemon) Pikachu ex box (pokemon) bomb speaker Bath kit Scarves Shirts Other shit
holy crap my family isn't even close to poor but I never understood how some people manage to get multiple pricey items in one Christmas. My mom refused to get me a Wii U including SSB4 AND Splatoon for $280 because apparently that's too pricey, which makes no sense because its including two games and cheaper than the console by itself. A ps4 is around $400 if I'm correct.... and controllers would just add to that price speakers aren't cheap either. Kids these days walking around after christmas with iPads, new phones, the newest consoles, and the most expensive present I've gotten was a trip to disneyland (which included my brothers as well) EDIT: on the actual topic of this thread, when I was 10 or so I found a littlest pet shop set under my parent's bed and I played with it inside the box for a few weeks until christmas. When I got it I pretended to be so surprised at what they had gotten, but I knew all along :> Yes I'm ranting and yes I'm jealous. I still have a really sh*t samsung phone from 2012. Like I said, it's not like we're low on money and not like my parents are stingy or anything, I've just never really gotten super spoiled....
lucky (not the phone thing, the black friday thing) we have Black Friday in Canada but it's a huge ripoff and there were no good deals so I didn't spend a single cent when I went shopping.
I once found a receipt (my dad was a messy person [oh so thats where I get that from] and left it on the ground) my brother's lego and my 3 books (yaaaay) were not a surprise at all. lmao aside from that I am generally really patient so woo
This is when having two families (bio and step) is great. More gifts. But ill probs just be getting $
I'm pretty patient, but I already know I'm getting a new desktop PC, a USB mic, Bluetooth headphones, abd a drawing pad
I never really take a look but I go by the wrapping, I can tell pretty much everything I'm getting just by seeing and feeling the packaging.
