Minecraft Changed My Name

Hi everyone,
I wanted to make this thread to confirm my username change since not a lot of people know who I am, and yeah. So, on the forums, I am known as robert12811. That username is super old and I am trying to get it changed.
But, now, I promised myself to keep it as ObviouslyRob. I was Eqstatic before but it didn't have my name in it, so I decided to change it to this one so it wouldn't be so confusing.
Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know ^-^
