You knew the world was already going to end, so you didn't see much of a point to do anything anymore.
As you watched your window you saw the world shaking, lava spewing out of what used to be your neighbor's homes. Giant meteors began to send crashing waves of loud ringing to your ears. Because of all that was happening, you'd swear you already had lost the ability to hear anything. As you sat on your couch, looking out the window you couldn't help but think of what you could have done to stop it. To stop the world from destroying itself, tearing itself apart. Really, nobody knew this would happen. But something inside---It made you feel the levels of guilt you thought were never reachable. You had never committed a crime, you never killed anyone, heck, you never even talked to anyone. Nobody even knew about you. Your contact with your parents had always been to a minimum, and you never went outside of your house. You always stayed inside, where it was safe. Where incidents would never happen, where there is nothing to worry about.
    But you were very wrong.
How did the end even start? You don't know. It was 9 years ago that a man said the world would end---December 2012. Maybe the end was just off a bit. Maybe it was a misreading. Either way, the end is happening right now...Well, you aren't even sure in fact. What is happening? Why is the ground shaking? Why are meteors everywhere? Why is there lava all of a sudden? Is this really what happens in the end? Or is the end....Just...death?

Either way, you should probably crash your train of thoughts. You need to do something other than sitting to commemorate your end. At least, your house has somehow survived, you can probably go eat something. Although that would be very difficult since the kitchen has been blocked out by all of the crashing furniture. You are currently in your room, which happens to be quite large for anyone's room, with a tv, a couch, bed, desk, computer, drawer, window, lamp, hah, even a hockey table fits in your room. But alas all of that has been blown away by a giant hole to your right. Your couch somehow survived and you are looking out the last thing that remains. What do you do now? Anything?
You check your phone. The internet is gone. Darn.
You decide to throw your phone into the giant gaping hole in your room. No use anymore.
Your vision gets extremely blurry, and you completely blank out for random moments. Your head begins to spin rapidly, and your hearing is no more. You are now in pain, a massive headache breaks it's way in, and you decide you need to end it.
And now, you know what the End feels like.
The End is when everything ends. When all hope is lost.
You take a leap inside the hole. What is inside, is but lava and spewing hot flames.
You close your eyes and brace for the engulfing raging fires.

As the fire began to touch your fingertips, you were quickly caught by a flying figure.
You were paralyzed at this point ---The sudden fact that something flying had caught you was rather intrusive and both strange, but also the fact that you almost leaped to your own death is also quite interesting. You didn't know what you were thinking and right now in fact, you don't know what you are thinking...
All you understand that is happening at the moment is that a figure is holding you---rather tightly, and you are being flown across the the place you once called home, over all of the fires and above the sky. You can't really see anything at this point, just outlines of shapes and objects, but all there is to see right now is obvious. Destruction. Although, you are rather curious of what is flying you over, you dare not speak, even if you were unable to. You have almost lost all of your five senses today, and you believe the only one permanently damaged is your hearing. But somehow, you manage to faintly hear the rustle of flocking wind---A rustle of feathers dancing in the sky. The figure that is holding on to you, is probably feathered. Possibly a griffon? A giant bird? You don't even care. What is important is that this figure is apparently----hopefully trying to save your life from your own blindedness. The world is ending, the earth, a giant stale volcano. This just happened in 24 hours and that even hasn't yet driven you insane....
    ...or has it..?

Anyhow, you continue being held by the mysterious figure, until you feel yourself being dropped on a cold, stone hard floor.
This figure took you somewhere, and you somehow can't even see the faintest outlines of fire anywhere. This place must be safe....Hopefully. You are extremely vulnerable to anything at this point, so you just remain still and silent.

Then, you feel your chest being peirced forcefully by a sharp object. You black out.
