How is it supposed to go?

I think people make applications and after that they just wait until they get either denied or accepted. What I think the applications are for is that you show that you are ready to do the job, and just go on with what you normally do again.

Many people think that your application is the number 1 thing the staff looks at, but I have a feeling that overall behaviour is way more important.

So that's why I stopped replying to people's applications when they are just waiting for a response on their application.

I don't even know if it is true what I am saying, but I really get irritated by it, lol

There are only a few people that applied, who are actually very helpful; the others? I've never seen them so I can not have an objective feel about them, and the rest has 5 messages on their profile: 1 application, and 4 replies to that same application.

Ok well, I do want to say that I do agree with you that people see the application as the number one thing that the staff look at.

In reality, it is more about your activity on the server rather then just how well your application looks.
