    No. In this episode (Lesson Zero), Twilight is insanely paranoid because she doesn't have much time left to write a weekly letter to Celestia, thinking that if she doesn't write a letter Celestia would get insanely mad at her. So she goes full-blown OCD and tries to find a way she can write a friendship letter.
