Let me just clear this up,
The flame wars aren't made by the staff, but by the players, the Mods and Helpers have no control of what is going to be added and what not, so I think it's kind of unfair to blame the staff. Yes I can agree with you that we could listen to our players a little more, but we aren't a dictatorship.

Technically it's just the admins. Mods still don't really have a say in shit.

Basically, all they do is sit in there and support the admins.
